Brief Encounter follows Laura, a married woman with children, whose conventional life becomes increasingly complicated after a chance meeting at a railway station with a married stranger with whom she subsequently falls in love.As part of Melodrama at the Torch project with support from Film Hub Wales. This screening will be followed by a discussion on Noël Coward with the Artistic Director of the Torch Theatre, Chelsey Gillard.
