‘(iv) PHOTOGRAPHERS’ is an ad-hoc group, living in South West Wales. The Group first formed in the summer of 2007, and the present members are Alex Essex, Barbara Simon, Deborah Docherty. and James Ramage. Between them they have wide and varied skills in painting, printing, video production, music, and sculpture, but all have a passion for photography.
The raison d’etre of the group is mutual encouragement, criticism, assistance, and inspiration in any available photographic technique and medium that comes to mind. This 2013 exhibition showcases individual approaches to portraiture and figurative photography.
