From 7 September 2010 you will be able to purchase tickets for any live show or cinema screening in advance, online.

All major credit cards accepted, and we can post tickets to you for just 50p extra. Reserved tickets must be paid for within 5 working days. Remember! After 6.30pm the Box Office is often busy, so we may not be able to answer your call. Please leave a message on our answering machine.

Our e-mail reservation service allows you to inform the Box Office that you would like to make a booking and to request we contact you. Please note that this is not yet an online booking service - your Request for a Reservation is not confirmed until our Box Office staff have spoken to you and is only available up to 48 hours before the event. Online salesshould be available from Tuesday 7 September at which point our Booking Request Service will cease.

CONCESSIONS
Lower price tickets (shown in brackets) are available to children under 16, full time students, senior citizens, Equity members, BAFTA Wales members, carers of disabled patrons and those in receipt of Jobseeker and other state benefits. We may ask to see proof of status.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Buy 10 tickets and get the 11th ticket free. Schools, colleges and groups should contact the Torch Box Office to claim their Group Discounts.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We regret we are unable to refund tickets. However, tickets may be exchanged for another night of the same show, at the discretion of the management and subject to availability.
