This August, join choreographer Billy Maxwell Taylor and artist Phoebe Lester for two days of fun-filled creative activity at the Torch Theatre, exploring painting, movement and theatremaking! The sessions are perfect for 11-18 year olds looking to develop skills in painting, choreography/physical theatre, teamwork and curating an experience.

The workshops are a mix of playfulness and calmness, prioritising mental wellbeing, inclusivity and collaboration where each participant is encouraged to leave each session feeling refreshed, curious and excited.

At the end of the two days, there will be an opportunity to share whatever emerges in a no-pressure performance, combining movement with art curation and the leaders can’t wait to see what people make together and for the ideas to bubble up!

Supported by Torch Theatre, Create funding from Arts Council of Wales, Creating Through Movement and Art Workshops will be held on Tuesday 26 August and Wednesday 27 August between 10am and 4pm at the Torch Theatre.
