A View On Wildlife 2019
Fri 11 Oct 2019
£8.00 | £6.00 Concession
Passionate about wildlife? Then we have the event for you.
Join us for an evening celebrating all things natural, and have your eyes opened as experts come together to share images and stories of their experiences working with wildlife - both on land and underwater.
Come along and find out how you can get involved in local projects, or just be wowed by some amazing photography - and be inspired to get out with your camera.
Hosted by Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum, the event is now in its 10th year and all money raised will support the work of the Pembrokeshire Marine Code - a voluntary code of conduct aimed at helping people understand and respect the marine environment. This event is being supported by Bluestone National Park Resort.
- Wildlife photographer Mick Brown will be taking a look at St. Margaret’s (Little Caldey) Island Nature Reserve
- Dr Sarah Beynon will be sharing her year of discovery at the Bug Farm
- Mark Barber from the Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust will be introducing us to the amazing world of adders
- Ecologist and author John Archer-Thomson will help us discover our rocky shores
Winners from the annual wildlife photography competition will be announced on the evening, entries and voting can be made on Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum’s website: www.pembrokeshirecoastalforum.org.uk/photo-competition-2019
