Tickets Terms and Conditions

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or screening with 24 hours notice, subject to availability and to payment of any price increase. A £1 per ticket service charge will apply (capped at £5). Money cannot be refunded.

Resales are only possible in the event of a sold-out performances. We cannot guarantee a resale and the tickets must be in our possession at least one hour before the start of the performance. A service charge will apply.

All bookings, whether online, in-person or over the phone, are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the transaction amount. This fee is capped at £2. 

Cameras, camcorders and other types of recording equipment are not permitted in the auditorium.

Latecomers may be required to wait for a suitable break or interval in the performance or screening before being admitted to the auditorium.

The Theatre Management reserves the right to change venues for screenings or performances and to alter seating arrangements from reserved seating to unreserved without notifying the customer.

The Torch Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.

* Meerkat Movie voucher codes are redeemed via our Box Office on the day of the film. We are unable to accept the codes online.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

e‑Gift Vouchers may be sent directly to the recipient and are available in denominations of £5, £10, £15, £20, and £50. These vouchers may be used to purchase film screenings, broadcasts, and live events at the Torch Theatre.

Physical gift vouchers are also available upon request. For bespoke voucher amounts, please contact our Box Office by telephone or email at boxoffice@torchtheatre.co.uk, and our team will be pleased to assist.

Redemption
Gift vouchers may be redeemed solely against the purchase of tickets made through our Box Office or via our official website. Vouchers may be used online, in person, or over the telephone by providing the unique voucher number displayed on the voucher.

Please note that our new kiosk and bar till systems can no longer accept plastic Top‑Up Cards as a form of payment. Top up Credit which has been transferred to your account can be used exclusively for ticket or product purchases made online or through our Box Office.

Validity Period
All gift vouchers purchased from the 1^st April are valid for a period of 2 years / twenty four (24) months from the date of purchase. Any voucher not redeemed within this period will expire and will no longer be eligible for use.

Refunds and Exchanges
Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part.
