Born and bred in Pembrokeshire, both my parents belonged to Milford fishing families who migrated here at the end of the 19th century.
I left to attend university in London and to work in the City, but then made a career change to become a chef and spent the rest of my working life in restaurants.
Since retiring I have taken a degree in Art History and have travelled extensively indulging my passions for art, music and food.
