Milford Haven’s Torch Theatre has announced a new membership scheme which brings patrons closer to their local more than ever  before. By becoming a Torch Theatre member not only will you have access to some great benefits - you’ll also be supporting the theatre to reach further with their artistic programme and community engagement projects.

The new Torch membership scheme helps raise vital funds which ensure the theatre can continue its essential work on and beyond the stage, at the same time as giving patrons an exclusive insight into the world of theatre and entertainment. As a not-for-profit registered charity and the only producing theatre in Pembrokeshire, the Torch is looking for the support from its local community more than ever before as the theatre regenerates after a difficult year coming out of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The new Torch membership scheme offers three tiers of membership:

• Spark offering young theatre lovers (under the age of 26) the opportunity to enjoy theatre and more at a great rate
• Flame with the same benefits as our Sparks but for adults
• Beacon includes the Spark and Flame benefits but with some added extras

The benefits include a priority booking period on certain shows and special events including Torch Theatre Company Productions, 10% off food & non-alcoholic drink purchases at Café Torch, exclusive members’ newsletters, invitations to special events and free cinema tickets. The new Torch membership scheme will help members save money whilst giving the opportunity to become more involved with their local theatre.

The Torch Theatre’s Artistic Director, Chelsey Gillard, on the launch of the new membership scheme said:

Now, more than ever, the Torch needs your support to help us continue producing our exciting creative projects and inclusive community activities in Milford Haven and across the county. The Torch’s new membership scheme is available to purchase now either online from torchtheatre.co.uk or in person at the Torch’s Box Office. Annual membership starts from £15.00, and for any new members who sign up before 31 December 2022, the theatre will also offer 2 extra cinema tickets to be used to see any film screening at the Torch in January 2023 (subject to availability).
