Puss in Boots (with a Wild West theme), Torch Theatre’s festive pantomime is only three months away and Puss herself is already trying to catch her tail as she hot paws it around Pembrokeshire in search of her bright pink boots. They were last seen at Pembroke Castle but they seem to have a mind of their own and have gone walkies.

Puss makes a desperate plea to the people of Pembrokeshire to join her in her pawsome adventure from now until December, after all, her boots were made for walking and the pantomime must go on!

“You’ll never believe this, as I’m usually purrrfect in every way, but I’ve mislaid my favourite pair of pink boots again and I need your help to find them. I’ve looked high and low around the Torch Theatre, from the Cafe to the Joanna Field Gallery, but they are nowhere to be seen!,” said the adorable Puss, whose the cat’s whiskers.

“Can you buckle down and help me find my boots? I might be hot on your heels as my boots move from location to location across the county – from Pembroke Castle to Crymych and Haverfordwest to Solva, they must be safely returned so the pantomime, that I’ve given my heart and sole to, can go on! Don’t pussy foot around, come and lend a paw,” added Puss with a cheeky grin.

The boots were last seen at Pembroke Castle where visitors went above and beyond to find the boots from the Norman Hall to the Bee Hive and Henry V11 Tower, and as Lizzy Huge, Social Media and Marketing at Pembroke Castle explains, it was a great adventure for all.

“It was fantastic to welcome the pink boots on tour with Torch Theatre! We loved getting involved and we can't wait to see their production of Puss in Boots!”

Those lucky enough to find the boots will win two tickets for the opening night of the Puss in Boots pantomime at the Torch Theatre on Saturday 5 December.
