New Xenon Presents: Dracula - The Bloody Truth

New Xenon Theatre Company are back with this hilarious and madcap comedy re-telling of the iconic gothic classic. It’s 1900. Dracula, the best-selling novel by Bram Stoker has just been released and Professor Abraham Van Helsing is not happy. He was there. He knows The Truth. The Bloody Truth. And The Truth must come out. Van Helsing and his idiotic amateur actors stage a theatrical production of Dracula – hoping to tell the real story. The result is a delightfully silly, fast-paced and faithful (-ish) adaptation of Bram Stoker’s novel by John Nicholson (The Hound of the Baskervilles) and Le Navet Bete. Packed with outrageous characters and madcap comedy, this production will appeal to anyone who loved The Play That Goes Wrong. If you enjoy physical comedy, frantic costume changes and laugh-out-loud confusion, this show will be right up your street. So, grab a sharpened stake and a clove of garlic and join us for a family-friendly evening of comedy that will make you die laughing!
